Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance, network troubleshooting, and data center services.
* Offer on-site IT support, including network and hardware troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
* Assign switch ports to VLANs and patch phone ports as needed.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure operations within a performance-driven environment.
* Troubleshoot VoIP phones and perform basic configurations.
* Diagnose and coordinate resolution for fiber link issues and switch chassis replacements.
* Conduct regular checks of IDF rooms for cooling, UPS alarms, and PDU health.
* Support network administrators during technical troubleshooting.
* Monitor systems using tools like SolarWinds, Control-M, and Avamar/Data Domain.
