Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination related to front-line operations, which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.Under general guidance, the employee will:Generate internal operational reports and/or reports according to customer requests.Monitor operational indicators (SLAs and KPIs) and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.Follow up on operations related to collection, delivery, and transfer.Support the coordination of receipt, storage, validation, separation, and shipment of packages.Manage activities related to risk management and communicate pending issues to the Security sector.Coordinate warehouse storage and cleaning.Oversee the dispatch of documentation and pre-alerts, ensure deadlines are met, and plan shipments according to the network, supporting administrative activities.Conduct inventory of goods and packages.Participate in planning, preparing, and executing inventory cycles.Update information in systems such as ERP and WMS.Train handlers in operational activities.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma.At least 1 year of experience in a clerical position.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized, proactive, and creative.Ability to work towards goals and meet deadlines.Knowledge of inventory routines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong planning and organizing skills.Problem-solving skills.FedEx is recognized as a world-class company, known for innovation, workplace excellence, and social responsibility.
