Job Description:
The role of a Business Analyst – Product Designer is pivotal within the design team. This position involves partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
This key member of the design team focuses on Service Sales CRM solutions while gaining exposure to a suite of enterprise applications. The Business Analyst transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and collaborates closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
Key responsibilities include assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. The Business Analyst also facilitates requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories) are documented by the Business Analyst. Additionally, they lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
The role supports QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage. Furthermore, live product demonstrations are presented and release notes are prepared for end users.
Sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives drive continuous improvement in this role.
