We are seeking a highly skilled for a Senior Lawyer, with focus in contracts and LGPD.
Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, focusing on technology services, including agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with LGPD and other applicable regulations.
* Provide legal support to internal teams on contractual and regulatory matters.
* Participate in strategic projects involving technology and data protection.
* Collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Law degree and active license to practice in Brazil.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a corporate advisory lawyer, preferably in consultative legal roles.
* Solid experience in commercial contracts, especially related to technology and services.
* Practical knowledge of LGPD and best practices in privacy and data protection.
* Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish desirable.
* Strong negotiation skills and clear communication.
* Availabilty to work in hybrid mode (3x- week/ Alphaville)
Desirable:
* Experience in technology or consulting companies.
* Experience working with public bidding processes and contract management, including familiarity with Brazilian procurement regulations (Law nº 14.133/2021)
