About the Opportunity:

As a Solutions Architect specialized in Data & AI, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market share, and accelerating our strategic partnership with Google Cloud.


This is a highly strategic, technical-commercial role. You will act as the trusted advisor for our clients, identifying new business opportunities, understanding complex business challenges, and architecting customized Google Cloud Data & AI solutions. Your ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between technical excellence and business value, presenting high-impact pitches to C-level executives to close deals and maximize Google Cloud adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Data and Generative AI solutions within our Google Cloud ecosystem.
* Google Partnership Alignment: Work closely with Google Cloud’s internal sales and technical teams (Partner Managers, Account Executives, and CE/CEs) to co-sell, align strategies, and map target accounts.
* Executive Pitching & Value Selling: Lead discovery sessions and deliver compelling technical-commercial pitches to C-Level executives (CDO, CIO, CTO, CMO), translating complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes, ROI, and strategic value.
* Solution Architecture & Prototyping: Design high-level, customized data architectures and coordinate rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on Google Cloud to validate value and accelerate the client’s buying decision.
* Proposal & RFP Leadership: Own the technical-commercial strategy for complex proposals and RFPs, defining the scope, commercial engineering, and value proposition of the proposed Google Cloud solution.
* Advanced English


Required Qualifications:

* Proven BDM or Technical Pre-Sales Experience: Solid track record in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Solution Architecture within the IT/Cloud Consulting industry, specifically driving cloud revenue.
* Google Cloud Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Cloud's data portfolio (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).
* AI & Generative AI Acumen: Solid understanding of Google Cloud’s AI capabilities (Vertex AI, Model Garden, Gemini API), and how to position them to solve real-world business problems.
* C-Level Communication & Storytelling: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at the executive level.
* Commercial Strategy: Ability to structure complex deals, build business cases focused on ROI, and understand consumption-based cloud business models.
* Data Strategy Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern data paradigms, such as Data Lakes, Data Governance, Data Mesh, and how data readiness impacts AI success.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Google Cloud Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, or Digital Leader certifications are a strong differentiator.
* Partner Ecosystem Experience: Prior experience working within the Google Cloud partner ecosystem or directly at Google.
* Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Data Scientist is a plus, ensuring high technical credibility with clients' engineering teams.
