About the Job:
* Campaign Management: Ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, managing partner communications, and overseeing campaign progress.
* Trend Analysis: Monitor client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails, and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
* Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
* Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
* Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
* Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
* Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing.
* Tools: Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
* Schedule: Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
