Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coordinating key events, managing the project schedule, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
You will also identify, track, and help resolve obstacles and risks, escalate critical issues to leadership when needed, optimize the flow of value across the project, and manage dependencies and timelines.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of process management tools such as Salesforce and JIRA, with strong communication skills and ability to link business strategy to technical execution.
