Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and tax.
* Collaborate with finance, tax, audit, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.
* Translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax rules, and internal controls.
* Lead testing (UAT), enhancements, and system improvements.
* Provide functional guidance, training, and ongoing support to finance users.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate financial processes.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
* Experience in multi-entity or multi-country financial environments
* Prior experience as a financial lead or subject matter expert
