Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to lead a fast-paced automotive UX study in Brazil.
* Coordinate daily study operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
* Assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Provide technical assistance, including device and IT support, to ensure smooth execution of the study.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (Portuguese/English) project coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our automotive UX study. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical toolkit and excellent communication skills, with experience in project coordination, research operations, or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management & Coordination
* Build and own the project plan, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Run stand-ups with distributed teammates.
* Field & Research Execution
* Moderate in-vehicle sessions, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.
* Technical & Logistics Support
* Prepare, track, and recover equipment used to execute the study.
* Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalate edge-case bugs via JIRA.
* Document and iterate on SOPs, and data ingestion for future studies.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar fields.
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* Comfort diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, project-management suites (Asana/JIRA), basic spreadsheets, and willingness to learn proprietary research platforms.
* Exceptional organization, proactive communication, and unflappable in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Extras
* Prior automotive or in-vehicle research experience.
* Prior team management or project coordination experience.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
* Remote work most days.
* Up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
