Account Management Specialist

About this Role:
* Own overall customer relationships, identifying key stakeholders and building trust.
* Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing issues and concerns in a timely manner.
* Be a champion for customers, working with internal teams to translate feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
