About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies to drive digital asset management at scale. As a Digital Asset Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling AI tagging systems, maintaining asset integrity, and ensuring long-term scalability of our digital asset management system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Metadata Management: Develop and implement robust metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies to ensure consistency and accuracy across our digital asset library.
* Asset Organization: Organize and manage large volumes of assets in our enterprise digital asset management platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that our digital assets meet the required standards, providing human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools.
* Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard marketers and content owners on how to use and maintain structured digital asset systems, promoting governance policies and metadata best practices.
* Governance and Compliance: Collaborate across teams to implement governance policies and ensure compliance with usage rights, workflows, and content lifecycle management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or a related field.
* Program/Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on digital asset management.
* Training Data Creation: Experience in creating training data for AI prompt development and understanding the concept of training data creation.
* Digital Asset Library Management: 3+ years of experience in managing extensive digital asset libraries.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strategic Thinking: Proven strategic thinking skills, with experience in stakeholder relationship management and change management implementation.
