Transformer Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Transformer Support Specialist to contribute to the stability of the energy supply in the future.
1. Provide technical advice and support to transformer repair shops and end customers/operators on all inquiries related to our product range.
2. Offer after-sales technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment in service, including tap changers, electromechanical drives, voltage regulators, and monitoring sensors for transformer monitoring.
3. Collaborate with Project Managers on field activities such as collecting information for bids and quotations, analyzing feasibility for product upgrades or replacements, and supporting installation and/or commissioning for equipment in our product range.
4. Compile, analyze, and send offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts, and services to designated end customers/operators.
5. Coordinate schedules and monitor progress during processing/commissioning/field service.
6. Assist with and/or manage internal and intra-divisional projects.
* A degree in Engineering or Master Technician in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics area is required.
* Experience in manufacturing or similar environment is necessary.
* Knowledge of control and automation products in electrical transmission industry, such as Transformer Monitors, Voltage Controllers, and Load Tap Changers, is an advantage.
