About the Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master professional to support our Product and Engineering teams, driving Agile practices forward.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all Scrum ceremonies align with Agile principles
* Support one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist in implementing SAFe practices
* Identify and resolve impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
