Account Manager (Digital Marketing | SEO, PPC, Paid Media) – Remote
Contract: PJ | Full-Time | 100% Remote
Location: Brazil (supporting U.S.-based clients)
Your Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager with strong experience in SEO, PPC, Paid Media, and client success to manage and grow a portfolio of international clients.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to U.S.-based clients, leading communication, driving performance, and identifying growth opportunities across digital marketing campaigns.
This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, relationship-building, and performance-driven mindset.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Effective Communication: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, proactive, and transparent communication at all times.
* Client Meetings: Lead strategic calls in English, presenting results, insights, and next steps while building trust and credibility with clients.
* Client Success Ownership: Be fully responsible for your clients’ success, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and exceed expectations
* Support for Media Buyers: Collaborate closely with media buyers, ensuring they have the context, feedback, and resources needed to optimize campaigns.
* Portfolio Growth (Upsell & Expansion): Strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and new solutions.
* Client Retention: Build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* +2 years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency
* Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously (10+ accounts is a plus)
* Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC (Paid Media), Social Media, and Content Marketing
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with performance marketing and data-driven decision-making
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced English (you will lead meetings and client communication)
Nice to Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients
* Background in growth marketing or client success
