Scrum Master
About this role:
A Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in facilitating team collaboration and driving project success through Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks is essential;
* Familiarity with Agile principles and their application in project management is crucial;
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous;
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments are preferred;
* Eagerness to learn and grow in project management and cloud technology areas is highly valued;
* Advanced proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication;
* Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is beneficial but not mandatory;
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master is required;
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in English;
* Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage;
* Ability to manage multiple Scrum Calls and Teams together is essential;
* Good understanding of Consumer retail Business and its dynamics;
* Proficiency in Jira is necessary for efficient project management.
