You will lead technical discovery calls, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), you will guide discussions and identify project feasibility. Utilizing consultative questioning techniques, you will uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting and analyzing high-level requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent presentation and storytelling skills to ensure clarity and persuasion in all client-facing interactions. You will develop dynamic presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings and project scope. Customizing deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges and opportunities, you will act as a primary point of coordination among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kick-off.
