We are looking for an experienced
- **CDM (Customer Delivery Manager)** to work fully remotely from any location in Brazil (HQ Israel).
As a CDM, you will oversee projects from the post-sale stage through delivery, taking charge of the technical aspects involved.
You will be responsible for mapping clients' processes, gathering requirements, designing the solution, and managing the project's customers.
You will also manage the implementation and development phase, ensuring project stability, and facilitating delivery to the Account Managers.
This role requires direct interaction with customers, as well as solution designing, implementation ownership, and training.
**You will**
- Manage the project lifecycle from post-sale to delivery and hyper-care, ensuring effective technical management.
- Build and develop projects to meet customer requirements and business goals.
- Manage implementation and ensure smooth deployment.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure customers understand the solution.
- Manage developers to meet technical requirements.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, sharing updates on progress and difficulties.
- Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to hyper-care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Account Manager's team to transfer knowledge and hand over the project after the hyper-care phase.
- Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English
- Strong Project Manager record in the software industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a successful history of overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Experience in building and delivering customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and goals.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in coordinating implementation activities and collaborating with developers.
- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities, with an initiative-taking approach to identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Agriculture, Food and Sustainability, or related fields.
