* You will suggest or formulate plans for subsidiary stock spare parts, ensuring optimal machine performance.
* Your responsibility will be to submit summaries of machine quality problems, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
* Participate in technical training sessions to improve technical ability and comprehensive service skill.
* Suggest or formulate plans for subsidiary stock spare parts.
* Submit summaries of machine quality problems and provide suggestions for improvement.
* Assist colleagues in completing on-site inventory of spare parts warehouse.
* Follow company safety policies.
* Install, repair, and maintain injection molding machinery, linear robots, and related equipment.
* Perform safety checks and follow company procedures.
* Demonstrate equipment use and provide customer training.
* Troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues.
* Document findings and perform root cause analysis.
* Order replacement parts and document worn parts.
* Respond to customer problems via onsite support.
* Provide maintenance and operation recommendations.
* Provide written reports on service calls.
* Offer after-sales service and technical training to customers and agents.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A college degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material, or equivalent.
* Two years of experience in the injection molding machine industry or a related field.
* The following skills and qualifications are essential:
o Effective communication in English.
o Ability to drive a car.
o Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines.
o Proficiency in using computers, email systems, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o Understanding of mechanical drawings, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
