Delivering sold contracts in LATAM, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
About the Role
* Lead Digital Grid – Grid Enhancing Technology projects in LATAM, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely completion.
* Coordinate project schedules, scope, services, materials, and customer management in line with project standards and customer requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from contract signing through to the end of the warranty period.
* Communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—with all partners including customers and internal teams.
What We Look For
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power, or an equivalent technical field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 3 years of proven success in similar roles driving digital products and digital transformation.
* Technical experience within the energy industry.
* CUSTOMER-FOCUSED MINDSET WITH COLLABORATION AND OPEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish at intermediate level.
