The Project Manager in our cybersecurity/IT services division will lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (network/security engineers, developers, analysts) and business stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts in a dynamic environment, often managing multiple projects or client engagements simultaneously, aligning them with strategic goals and the latest industry practices (e.G., Agile methodology, cloud deployments, security compliance). Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects. Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, adapting to changing requirements or priorities. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (security engineers, IT staff, developers, client representatives) to ensure collaboration and timely task completion. Assign responsibilities, oversee day-to-day project activities, and maintain team motivation and productivity in both on-site and remote/hybrid work environments. Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets and control costs. Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively;
implement contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks or security concerns. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.G., data privacy laws, security policies) throughout project execution.
