Agile Transformation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our Product and Engineering team, supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding one or more Scrum teams, and partnering with enterprise coaches to drive performance improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying impediments, escalating issues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospectives to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support one or more Scrum teams in achieving their goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team velocity and delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
