VIP Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated VIP Account Manager to assist in managing and growing the VIP customer segment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management: Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
3. Engagement Optimization: Help execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
4. Business Intelligence Analysis: Work closely with senior team members to design and implement and improve VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
6. Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports on VIP performance and account development.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry. They should be comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
