Marketing Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our team in managing internal communication and task coordination.
* The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of client work by developing high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm MST. We are looking for someone who can thrive in this environment and contribute to our success.
