Responsibilities:

* Content Creation: produce and share compelling content tailored to the Brazilian market on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

* Content Development: collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content, including posts, updates, and promotions tailored to the Brazilian iGaming audience.
">
* Partner Coordination: Work with social media agencies to coordinate their work and create new content.
">
* Community Engagement: actively engage with the player community on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.

* Listening: gather and analyze player feedback to provide insights to the product and marketing teams, helping to improve the overall player experience.

* Market Monitoring: keep community strategy innovative and relevant, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences in the Brazilian market.

* Crisis Management: monitor crisis and identify opportunities for interactions or marketing initiatives; handle community-related issues or conflicts professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains the brand's reputation.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in community management and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of written and spoken Portuguese, proficiency in English is mandatory.

The candidate should also have experience with social media management tools and community engagement platforms, such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Emplify, Stilingue, etc. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse online community is essential.

A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community engagement strategies is required.
