B2B Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B professional with a background in the travel industry to assume responsibility for key account management within assigned territories.
About the Role
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) within the designated area.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Key Qualifications
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, essential for building and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Experience and expertise in business development, including new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English as a primary language is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
