ResponsibilitiesFacilitate benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes as needed for a Dedicated ClientCollaborate with insurance carriers and client team members to resolve health insurance related mattersManage incoming calls and emails from employer contacts and employees, ensuring prompt responsesMaintain accurate records and track communications in the employer's System of RecordAssist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, insurance, or related fieldsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in multi-channel employee communicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting toolsBasic knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA and HIPAA
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related fieldFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and eligibility measurement systemsKnowledge of insurance carriers and benefit plan designExperience with analytical skills for auditing and discrepancy resolutionCustomer service experience with a strong orientation towards internal and external client support
