Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B sales professional with a background in the travel industry, to excel in our team's commercial activities. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth through strategic account planning.
* Develop and implement client-centric strategies to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries. You should also possess project management skills, proficiency in English, and fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (optional).
