We are looking for an Automation Tester to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and hands‑on experience with automation tools.
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks
Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and business analysts
Participate in code reviews and test result analysis
Ensure timely delivery of quality-tested software
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2–5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
Understanding of SDLC; STLC; and Agile methodologies
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
