Main Responsibilities
Providing support to users regarding the use of the company's IT resources, assisting in the technical organization of projects within the department to ensure the availability and update of technologies throughout the company.
Responding to internal user requests.
Assisting in the configuration of equipment for replacements or new employees, following predefined processes, contributing to team growth and employee satisfaction.
Monitoring the inventory of peripherals, parts, and IT infrastructure accessories through inventory systems and parallel controls, ensuring the availability and replenishment of these resources.
Requirements and Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields.
