Machine Learning Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams in designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML and LLM systems.

* Guide and mentor ML engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
* Oversee the entire ML/LLM project lifecycle: data pipelines, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Provide strategic technical direction for distributed training, large-scale model optimization, and system architecture.
1. Implement best practices in MLOps: experiment tracking, CI/CD, model governance, observability, and data security.
2. Manage compute resources and ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning (Transformers, LLMs).
* 2+ years leading teams delivering ML/LLM systems in production.
* Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and DeepSpeed.
