Company DescriptionWe are a fast-growing, Shopify-based DTC health brand in the pain relief space, focused primarily on back pain and sciatica.Our products are therapy-driven and positioned at the intersection of medical credibility and direct-response performance marketing.We scale primarily through paid acquisition (Meta & Google), and long-form VSL creative (2–10+ minutes) is one of the core growth levers of our company.Creative execution is not optional here. It directly impacts revenue.We are now looking for a high-level Senior Video Editor who understands performance marketing and can execute long-form VSLs at a high standard.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for editing long-form VSLs (2–10+ minutes) and performance-driven paid ads across multiple platforms.You must understand:
- Retention pacing
- Direct-response storytelling
- Visual hierarchy
- Conversion psychology
