Enterprise IT Specialist Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote position, working US Central time hours. As an Enterprise IT Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and supporting complex enterprise systems for clients.Key Responsibilities:Design, install, configure, and support system technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.Consult with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized business solutions for critical environments.Manage and resolve client service tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.Track project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.Skills & Experience:3–4 years of experience as an Enterprise IT Specialist in enterprise or managed service environments.3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.A strong background in Intune and mobile device management is required.Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions is necessary.Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems is essential.Proven ability to develop detailed system documentation.Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles and client service best practices is beneficial.
