Customer Success Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through specialized technical solutions.
1. Key Responsibilities:
o Resolve complex customer requests by troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.
o Collaborate with internal teams to replicate and resolve technical issues.
2. Technical Troubleshooting Responsibilities:
o Utilize Chrome Developer Tools to analyze web applications and review network requests.
o Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL.
o Investigate and resolve technical issues on Windows Application Servers.
