Job Description:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective assistance in chats and tickets, responding to customer inquiries based on the knowledge base and training materials.
* You will maintain KPI levels in accordance with department standards, stay informed about company policies, announcements, and updates to ensure effective communication with customers.
* You will adhere to assigned working hours and demonstrate punctuality in scheduled shifts. Additionally, you will identify and report system errors or service disruptions to the team lead or mid/senior agents in the absence of the team lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills and quick and efficient problem-solving abilities.
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
* Customer support experience is a strong asset.
