You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. Your work will involve hands-on collaboration with modern infrastructure technologies, internal engineering teams, and providing expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and install systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
