Project Director Job Description
The Project Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects within our organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

* Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with resource managers for staffing needs.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with internal standards and client expectations. Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
* Certifications: PMP certification preferred (or equivalent like PRINCE2).
* Experience: Project management experience in IT or business domains.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
Preferred Skills:
* Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with financial metrics and cost control.
