What You’ll Do:
* Lead Regional Data Engineering: Manage and mentor teams across LATAM, fostering innovation, growth, and consistent technical excellence.
* Own Technical Delivery: Oversee end‑to‑end solution delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring high‑quality, scalable Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
* Drive Strategy & Growth: Partner with Sales and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, expand services, and deliver long‑term customer value.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide clear, actionable guidance on modern data architectures, cloud-native patterns, and platform maturity.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Brazil, Mexico, and global delivery to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Required Experience:
* 10+ years as a hands‑on Solutions Architect or Data Engineering leader.
* 2+ years consulting leadership with external clients.
* Expertise designing and delivering production-grade solutions across Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
* Strong Python, SQL, and experience building scalable pipelines and integrations
* Demonstrated success managing Data Engineers and Solution Architects across distributed teams
* Prior Revenue Generation experience for Enterprise clients.
* Experience shaping technical strategy, roadmaps, and long-term customer partnerships
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills
* Ability to create detailed technical artifacts (POCs, roadmaps, architecture docs, diagrams)
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
