Technical ServiceNow Specialist
Duration: 6-18+ month contract, 35-45 hours per week. This position is 100% remote from Brazil.
Servicenow Technical Developer/Consultant Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in IT and at least 8 years of experience with Servicenow. They must be proficient in multiple ServiceNow modules, specifically Customer Service Management (CSM). Additional skills include knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python. Experience with App Engine and hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer are also required.
This technical role involves creating scoped applications that utilize the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine and create data integrations between Servicenow and other services. They must also work closely with functional teams and clients to implement ServiceNow applications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also essential for this role. It is expected that the candidate can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
