Senior Product Designer - Design Excellence Specialist
The Role:
* You will define and lead the design experiences across three core products, encompassing web and mobile platforms.
* Taking ideas from concept to completion will be a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct and manage full research processes, including planning, scheduling, execution, and synthesis.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
* Maintain a strong bias for action and adopt a scrappy attitude toward product development, being flexible and willing to pivot as needed.
* Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate to achieve goals.
* Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* A well-developed portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar user groups (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals) is preferred.
Work Expectations:
* Distributed team with regular meetings requiring availability during general daytime hours.
* Collaboration primarily through Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
* Full-time contractor role with compensation details provided upon setup or existing company registration.
Interview Process:
