About the Scrum Master Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate Scrum practices for effective team execution.
* Lead collaborative events enhancing transparency and efficiency.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
* Remove obstacles to boost quality deliverables.
* Foster continuous improvement and best practices.
* Ensure adherence to values and sustainable pace.
Key Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Expertise in Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
