About this Role

* You will define and lead the design experiences across three core products—web and mobile.
* Conduct and manage full research process from planning and scheduling to execution and synthesis.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback and information to vet and refine designs.
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* Create a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience.

Requirements
">
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills, good taste in visual design, and proficiency with Figma.
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).

* You have a strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.

Interview Process
