As a highly skilled professional, you will play a vital role in training AI systems to better understand the world. Your work helps fine-tune how language models respond to real-world queries, from search engine results to ad relevance and semantic comprehension. This is a remote, full-time position that requires fluency in both English and Dutch (minimum B2 level). You will assess relationships between user queries and advertiser keywords, determine semantic containment, and ensure ratings align with defined guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze query–keyword pairs to determine if the user query is semantically contained in the advertiser keyword using specific guidelines
* Label data accurately within the client's rating platform, contributing to the development of AI systems for natural language understanding and ad relevance.
* Perform related tasks such as search engine results page (SERP) analysis, user intent assessment, and side search relevance checks.
* Apply critical thinking and semantic reasoning to detect meaning shifts, intent differences, and subtle variations in language use.
* Follow strict quality and productivity targets while working independently in a remote setting.
* Stay aligned with evolving language trends and maintain objectivity by avoiding personal bias in assessments.

Desirable Studies & Experience:
* Prior experience in data labeling, query analysis, search evaluation, or similar annotation work.
* Academic background or professional experience in: Psychology – understanding bias, decision-making, and cognitive patterns; Data Science / Analytics – pattern recognition, structured logic; Business Administration – evaluating commercial intent, market relevance.
