Technical Recruiter Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Latin America (LATAM).
You will be responsible for recruiting LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
They will have proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles, understanding of technology trends, and a passion for working with technical professionals.

The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
They will build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
