We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Porto.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform, ensuring effective and continuous campaign management.
* Implement and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.
* Develop and manage Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript, following the platform's library and standards.
* Create and customize campaign templates, adapting global models or developing solutions from scratch.
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate the platform with other systems, ensuring campaign effectiveness and continuity.
* Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements to optimize results.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage).
* Skilled in developing Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Experience creating and customizing campaign templates.
* Strong teamwork skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
* Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
* Developer certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Language proficiency is not mandatory but considered a plus.
