A Marketing Coordinator is needed to manage internal communication and task coordination. The role works closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
This position is responsible for keeping the creative and production teams aligned, helping to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
