We are seeking an experienced ITSM and infrastructure expert to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Your in-depth technical expertise across infrastructure domains, including servers, networks, and applications, will be crucial in troubleshooting and delivering scalable IT operations solutions aligned with enterprise needs.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Enhance the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across ITOM functionalities, ensuring optimal platform performance and integration efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* A strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure and Event Correlation Rules.
* A solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture, with troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure layers.
* Experience with the ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows.
* Expertise in using transform maps, data sources, and scripts for effective data import and integration.
* Skill in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow.
* Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations using scripted approaches.
