We pay in USD, work fully remote, and run marketing as a data-driven discipline. The RoleWe're hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our global growth team. You'll work across paid social, content, creator partnerships, and lifecycle marketing for our consumer subscription apps. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience who wants to level up at an international company and work on campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You'll work directly with senior marketers, designers, and founders, and your work will have measurable impact from week one. What You'll Do Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Brief creative concepts and collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing ad creative Coordinate with creators and influencers to source UGC and content for paid amplification Analyze campaign performance in BigQuery, Looker, and platform dashboards; turn insights into action Run A/B tests on creative, audiences, landing pages, and onboarding flows Support content and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, push, and in-app messaging Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes in the mobile and consumer app space What We're Looking For 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in performance marketing, growth, or digital agency settings Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV Sharp eye for creative; able to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad concepts Strong written English; able to collaborate with a global team and present findings clearly Native or fluent Portuguese Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience marketing mobile apps, subscription products, or DTC brands Familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch) and mobile attribution Experience working with creators or running influencer campaigns Basic SQL or comfort pulling your own data Background in copywriting, content marketing, or organic social Portfolio of campaigns or case studies you can walk us through What We Offer Competitive USD compensation, significantly above local market 100% remote, work from anywhere in Brazil Meaningful ownership of campaigns reaching millions of users Real budget to test, learn, and scale what works Flexible hours and async-first culture Learning budget for courses, conferences, and tools Who Should ApplyIf you've been running campaigns at an agency and want to go in-house at a product company, this is for you.
