3. Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants, comparing their qualifications to job requirements and delivering high-quality feedback.
4. Promote job openings across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn and niche tech sites, to attract top talent.
5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role needs and deliver successful outcomes.
6. Develop and maintain accurate data within the ATS, tracking recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
7. Foster a professional and customer-focused approach, representing the organization's values and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting or fast-paced tech environment.
* Proven ability to source diverse IT talent, leveraging creative strategies and Boolean search techniques.
* Strong understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is beneficial.
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern ATS systems.
