We are seeking a highly organized and creativeCreative Producerto manage and oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality audio content. Role Overview As aCreative Producer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end production process of audio content across various formats on Pocket FM. You will collaborate closely with writers, voice artists, creators, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality episodes. The role requires strong operational management, creative oversight, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to deliver compelling audio experiences for our listeners.Key Responsibilities 1. AI Voice Evaluation & Platform Coordination Evaluate and benchmark AI-generated voices across platforms, maintaining a curated repository of approved voices. Continuously assess new features, tools, and model updates to enhance voice quality. Partner with product and AI voice platform teams to optimize voice solutions (including language-specific improvements such as Spanish). 2. Production Planning & Pipeline Management Work with content and production teams to plan episode pipelines, forecast deliverables, and ensure timely execution of projects. Maintain visibility on production timelines and proactively address bottlenecks. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Content, Editorial, Marketing, Product, and Quality Control to ensure alignment on production goals, timelines, and quality standards. Share learnings and best practices across teams and geographies. 4. Production Quality Oversight Partner with the QC team to review and approve episodes, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and creative intent. Identify and resolve issues related to voice quality, narration, sound design, and technical consistency prior to release. 5. Audience Feedback Monitoring & Optimization Monitor listener feedback, user comments, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in content quality and engagement. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements and optimize the overall listening experience. 6. Process & Workflow Optimization Continuously improve production workflows, creator management practices, and operational efficiency. Document processes, guidelines, and best practices to enable consistent and scalable content production. 7. Deliverables & Performance Expectations Ensure timely delivery of all assigned episodes in line with targets. Drive structured coordination across stakeholders, resulting in high-quality, QC-approved audio content. Contribute to process documentation, operational improvements, and cross-team collaboration.Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content production, creator management, or media production. Strong understanding ofaudio storytelling, podcast production, or audiobook production workflows. Proven experience working with creators, voice artists, or creative production teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle high-volume content production. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
