Project: We are seeking a Business Analyst who will work closely with non-technical stakeholders across operations and compliance to understand how work actually gets done, and translate it into structured, logical process definitions ready for the Camunda development team. Responsibilities: • Comprehensive process documentation packages (business logic, decision trees, role/responsibility maps, data flow, system dependencies) • BPMN 2.0 process diagrams for each documented workflow • Prioritized process backlog aligned with the development team's sprint planning Requirements: • Advanced English — strong verbal and written communication with non-technical US-based stakeholders (client-facing from day one) • Experience in Business Analysis roles, ideally with direct exposure to business process discovery and documentation • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking — able to structure ambiguous, undocumented processes into clear logical flows • BPMN notation proficiency — ability to produce formal process diagrams is a significant advantage • Familiarity with Camunda or other workflow/BPM engines • Background in legal services, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries — especially processes involving compliance, document management, or regulatory deadlines Nice to Have: • Exposure to law firm or professional services operations, or the US financial/mortgage market • Familiarity with ADO or similar project tracking tools
